Minami Matsuzaka (Gravure model) with Ken Shimura and Yuka
05/24/2009 – 4:45 amMinami Matsuzaka is a Gravure model. I don’t know how popular she is or if she’s at the idol level. They’re Japanese bikini/swimsuit models usually for magazines and photo shoots, but aren’t nude. Many Japanese girls get their foot into the entertainment industry this way if they’re cute or got a nice body. The rest is up to them and how they work it.. some like Yuka and Aki Hoshino can work their way into acting or variety shows.
Shimura Ken is an old school Japanese comedian. Anyhow he’s usually skebe (perverted) and in the past they used to be able to show more skin on regular primetime TV like his very old program Kato-chan Ken-chan. His current show has skits, not as over the top funny as before, but that’s probably due to age and the younger comedians nowadays can do the jackass stuff. Shimura and Yuka play doctor and nurse and interview the model. Yuka also used to be a top gravure idol, but she covers herself up all the time.
