Sugawara Sayuri (菅原紗由理) Ano hi no yakusoku (あの日の約束) PV.  She’s also singing the Final Fantasy XIII theme song Kimi ga iru kara.  There’s a second clip from the G4TV E3 2009 coverage.  She has a good voice and nice songs.
