This short drama series is a manga adaptation and it’s loaded with hot new girls. The premise is a bright and assertive Judo girl and soft dude (has a crush on her), who just returned from living overseas, get together and help revive the school calligraphy club. There’s two girls that look alike with black glasses, apparently they’re twins. Aki Asakura, Saki Akai, Kaya Asano, Akiko and Natsuko Oki are the cast of young actresses.
Tomehane! Suzuri Koukou Shodoubu – Jdrama
Majisuka Gakuen – Jdrama
Atsuko Maeda is the lead in this drama entering a new school. It’s a school with a bunch of yankee delinquents who are all teamed up in gangs and have certain ranks in their f’d up hierarchy. It’s one of those leave me the F alone or I’ll F you up. Of course the story goes they all F with the new girl, who happens to be able to kick everyone’s ass, so there’s probably going to confrontations all the way up to the top leader. I guess it may be appealing to akb48 fans or those who got a fetish for school girls fighting, otherwise it’s pretty disturbing. There’s another girl, Daruma Onizuka, who enters at the same time and looks tough, but she gets beat up easily. Daruma looks like a real “busu,” so I guess it helps make the akb girls look better… hehe.

Team Hormone (first group they fight)
She takes off her glasses and then brings on the smack down. She also may hold her wristbands in her fists, apparently they got some sentimental meaning with a friend or something.
Jyouou Virgin TV/Jdrama
New Japanese drama out called Jyouou (嬢王) Virgin. Mikie Hara plays the main character Ando Mai. I guess she was in Cutie Honey. Anyhow some other the gravure actresses or mostly AV actresses round out the cast. It’s the second season of the drama Jyouou, with all new cast and characters based on a manga by Kurashina Ryo. One of those few late night drama’s with skin on TV Tokyo
Out with the old and in with the new. The premise is some Kyabakura club is holding it’s second hostess grand prix contest for girls born only from the Heisei period (1989-), so basically 20 year olds or younger. Ichi oku man or 100 million yen prize.
