Looks like Space Battleship Yamato is being made into a live action movie with Kimura Takuya.  Looks like Kuroki Meisa is in it too.

There’s a timer on the site with the number of days to go, sort of like how the show many days to go they had to save Earth.  12/1/2010 is nearly a whole year so it better be damn good.
